asxmcd-2.1 - afterstepized xmcd.

This is a very stripped down version of xmcd.  I just disabled some of the
widgets and moved some others around.  All of the original functionality is 
still compiled in, but inaccessible via the interface since the buttons are
missing. The new widget layout sort of simulates ascd. The help does still work
(for the visible buttons and labels), just right click over what you want help
on.

The benefit of using this over ascd (which looks nicer I think) is only that
it compiles on most platforms, while ascd only works on linux as far as I can
tell.  I liked ascd but am using SCO OpenServer 5.0.2 and though I tried really
hard, I finally gave up trying to port ascd and just hacked up (ruined?) xmcd.

The man page is still the old xmcd man page (although it's called asxmcd.man).

Xmcd is really a great program, this particular hack is a mixed blessing, as the
only benefit is that it fits in the Wharf, and lot of great functionality has 
been lost. Perhaps in a future revision, I'll add a popup dialog with buttons 
for the other stuff.

If Ti Kan should read this: Thanks for such a great program, the code was 
elegant. I enjoyed working with it.
