	/u/(l/)s/a is a system wide directory, as the name "share"
implies.  The ~/G/L/A is the users configuration as the tilde (~) implies.
If you are the only user, use the share directory; if you have other users
using the win_mgr, use the ~ directory.
	As for the "look/feel" dyslexia you are experiencing.  look is for
how AS looks, and feel is for how AS feels.  A quick look through these
files will tell you which one (if the concept of "look" and "feel" escape
you) is the one which controls th Key bindings - try 'grep -in bind
look.file' and try it on the feel.file .

My sarcasm is to be wity, please take it as such - I am really trying to
help. :)
