Bug in pre7 with startmenu

Here's one that drove me nuts until I figured out what the commonality
was, since I have three different machines that I use AfterStep on (two
are notebooks) and they were not all exhibiting this...

A compile of pre7 with as many patches as it will take, left to the rather
un-useful default (imho) of SORTBYALPHA doesn't much care for the
startmenu's divider bars. Leave one in place so that it lands at the
bottom of the startmenu (Which is where it always seems to land when it is
the only one left) with no item below it, and it will promptly screw up
the color for the menu. All of the items will appear with a solid
background, and not appear as defined in the look file. I didn't have
time to track down *which* color it's using, but it's apparently the wrong
one from the look file, since it was always using one (but not the same
one) of the colors I had specified for something else for both itself, and
the tiles in the menu with the ending bar. Removing the offending
separator line makes it all better thankfully. I'll see if this same
behaviour exists in pre9 pl5 in just a little while (if I can get the
blasted thing to compile).
