I have this option set in my feel.file:
# Sort Start menu entries by ... 1=alphabetical order, 0=date (default)
StartMenuSortMode 1

This is the tree in my ~GNUstep/Library/AfterStep/start/

drwxr-xr-x 2 tjpp tjpp 1024 Oct 21 00:54 15_Medias
drwxrwxr-x 2 tjpp tjpp 1024 Oct 21 01:09 00_Accessories
drwxr-xr-x 2 tjpp tjpp 1024 Oct 21 00:54 20_Office
drwxr-xr-x 2 tjpp tjpp 1024 Oct 21 00:54 25_StEP

Everything but Accessories is in the right place in the start menu, that
is:
Network
Medias
Office
StEP
Accessories

Changing the permission "chmod g-w 00_Accessories" makes everything
including Accessories to go to the right order. It is not a feature, is
it?
