Hi, Andrew!

I put all my pages on DMA - this is a Belgian site
in Antwerpen. They have ATM connections and there
are no commercial condition on the site. You do
not get a shell there, only an e-mail address with
POP3 retrieval and a Web site of 700 MB max with
ftp. They do not abuse the members so far in any
way. The site is completely in Dutch but if you
want I can go through the registration procedure
and get you a site like http://bewoner.dma.be/AfterStep/
while it is still available :)
The connectivity suffers a lot in the late afternoon
when all of Belgium starts browsing - the gateway
in Amsterdam gets overloaded - but otherwise it
is resonably fast. Try to load my pages and see
if the speed is ok.

Cheers,
Albert
