	The key word is "(cached)", it's not looking for it anymore - rm
config.cache, and try again. Typically if you need to reconfigure
something, it'll need a 'make distclean', or at the minimum, a 'rm
config.cache'.  If ./configure is still not finding the libs, or you have
something other than Linux, you'll be best serverd by giving .configure
the libs explicitly - './configure --help' for the correct --line.
