What I was trying to say was, it needn't be a new feature. I just don't
know if my approach will work; but from what I understand from the man
pages, it ought to.

Here's a more detailed explanation:

1.	Create a second Wharf (we'll call it BWharf, because it'll start
on desk 2). Do all the normal stuff you would for creating a second
Wharf: create a link /usr/local/bin/BWharf --> /usr/local/bin/Wharf, edit
the ~/G/L/A/wharf file to configure BWharf as you'd like, &c. In *BWharf
lines, you should put only the stuff you want to appear on desk 2.

2.	Edit your database file, just as you usually would when adding
another Wharf. So, you should have a line

Style "Wharf" NoTitle, Sticky, StaysOnBack, WindowListSkip, NoHandles

(or something like this -- I've adjusted my Wharf properties a little).
Now, copy it, and edit it so that you have another line

Style "BWharf" NoTitle, StartsOnDesk 2, StaysOnBack, WindowListSkip,
NoHandles

I _think_ this should get you a second Wharf that only appears on Desk 2.
