I was bored... so I fixed a bug in the ascp pixmap browser.  It only
required adding a couple of lines of code.

Now the pixmap browser will work for everyone that has a standard
installation of Afterstep.

The problem was that the browser only checked the user's home directory
stuff for the pixmaps, but did not check the shared afterstep directory
as well.  I've fixed this.

Attached you will find the diff for this.
