Spawning windows at mouse cursor?

Hello all.

I have a small question.
I'm using keyboard shortcuts in the feel.* file to spawn xterms. Unfortunatly
these terms spawn in random or "smart" positions on the screen. Since I also
prefer focus-follows-mouse behaviour, this means that I still have to move
the cursor to the new xterm window.

Is there any way to make the window pop up beneath the mouse pointer? Or
possibly move the mouse pointer automagically to the newly created window?
