fm stands for freshmeat, a wonderful place for getting the newest versions
of software.  Check it out for yourself at http://freshmeat.net.  If you're
like most people I know, you'll very quickly add it to your "check every
day" list along side other greats like http://slashdot.org and
http://userfriendly.org/static.
