starting windows 40 pixels from left.

Hi!

For reasons I won't bore you with, I use the TkDesk AppBar
(http://people.mainz.netsurf.de/~bolik/tkdesk/)
instead of the wharf. My problem is that when I start apps, they often
end up with part of their window under the AppBar, and then I have to
move them. This is (slightly) irritating. I have this entry in the
database
file:

Style "dsk_appbar"	NoTitle, Sticky, StaysOnTop, WindowListSkip,
NoHandles, AvoidCover

And true to the AvoidCover promise, any windows that are launched don't
cover the AppBar, they slip underneath. Is there a way to stop this
behavior? Since my AppBar runs down the left side of my screen, If I
could prohibit application windows from starting less that 40 pixels
from the left, I'd be fine. I'm running AS 1.7.120. Any suggestions?

Thanks for any help you can give me,
