	Typically, the reason these items that are included with the
distribution are "greyed-out" are because when the menu was built, which
occurs each time you start AfterStep or initiate an Update startmenu, the
menu item was not fond.  This means that if the entry was for "AfterStep
Terminal", the menu parser did not find the aterm binary in your PATH
variable.  If you want the items greyed-out, install them; if you don't
need them, remove them from the {INSTALL-DIR}/share/afterstep/start/
directory.  If you have the items that are greyed-out, then your PATH does
not include the path to them, or there is an error in the actual file
which contains the menu item.
