Actually I hadnt set "always on top wm hint" in Gkrellm. And that fixes it. Thanks very
much.  Also, thanks for the hint on having gkrellm on wharf. I might try that sometime.

Here's another question. Ever try to get the afterstep pager on the gnome panel?
