We're not in Windows anymore Toto </humor>.  The menu is just a
framework of examples with programs that exist but might not be on
your system.  Typically if they are not on your system they are
greyed out in the hopes of avoiding confusion.  The AfterStep terminal is
aterm, so when you get this app, you'll have a terminal that can do what you
want.
