While that does sound like a good idea, it's not realistic.  There are no
local ISPs in the city I live in anymore, they are all owned by PSI; and
PSI's stock is about $0.001 USD.  In the current economy of the US, finding
a hint of benevolence for free web hosting is highly unlikely at a shell
provider as well, had there been any "local".
