#-badman -# I've just installed the afterstep rpm onto a RH7.3 (RedHat) box, and
#-badman -# afterstep isn't displayed as one of the options for a window manager in
#-badman -# the logon box. How to I run afterstep instead of KDE and GNOME?

Well, I know that's possible to edit .xinitrc file in your home directory
adding something as:

exec afterstep

then you could modify the link /etc/X11/xinit/xinitrc => xinitrc.gnome
for /etc/X11/xinit/xinitrc => xinitrc.afterstep, where this last file
should be like .xinitrc above (or with the line: afterstep &).
You'd check for XINITRC environment variable in the X doc too.
Sorry for this poor English.
