Hey all,

I just got a new computer that I needed to bring Linux up on, and as I
started to do my perenial "pull down applets, compile, install, repeat", I
decided to be a little more constructive and build rpms out of them. Then I
decided to be even more constructive and put the results up on a website for
others to enjoy.

Announcing the Applet RPM Repository (http://appletrpms.berlios.de). I'm
going to start going through the list of Applets that I use on a regular
basis, and ones that people arround me use. I've got 5 AS and 1 WM applet
packaged now (which is what I did over the weekend), and will be hammering
more out over time.

Please take a look if you are interested, and register bugs for new applets
if there is something you are looking for. This is going to be my free time
past time for a while, and figuring out what applets people would like to
see would be really great.

There is no silver bullet. Plus, werewolves make better neighbors
than zombies, and they tend to keep the vampire population down.
